How do I make cannabis ice cream?

To make a cannabis ice cream, you must use Marrakech butteras the base. Indeed, you need a material already debuboxyled, because this recipe will not make you do this step. In addition, cannabis must already be extracted from fat so that you can feel the effects. We explain more about this in this article: how to cook cannabis?

Ingredient for about 1 litre of vanilla and cannabis ice cream

  • 5 dl milk
  • 500g thick crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons Marrakech butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extracts
  • 200g sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional
  • 45g chocolate chips
  • 45g pecans
  • 45g crumbled cookie, or other cookies and sweets.

What to do

  1. Mix the milk and crème fraîche until you have a smooth liquid.
  2. Heat the mixture over high heat in a large saucepan until small bubbles appear. Get out of the fire.
  3. Pour the Marrakech butter into the hot milk mixture and mix to melt.
  4. Add vanilla, sugar, and salt.
  5. Cover (or transfer to a suitable airtight container) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Incorporate the mixture into your ice cream maker, and follow the manufacturer’s advice to make your ice cream as well as add any chocolate chips and other extras.
If you don’t have a ice cream maker
  1. Take your ice cream out of the refrigerator after 1 hour.
  2. Stir in extras like chocolate chips.
  3. Put your ice cream in the freezer.
  4. Every 30 minutes, stir your ice cream with a fork to aerate it and prevent crystals from forming. Do this at least 3 or 4 times until you get the right consistency.
  5. Enjoy quickly, because ice creams made without a ice cream maker have a fragile texture and do not keep.

Good tasting of this delicious cannabis ice cream. It’s up to you to replace vanilla extracts with real vanilla, or lemon extract for example! You can also incorporate your Marrakech butter into another ice cream recipe!
